Ulti is an old, tortured soul in a seemingly young body. Due to a bad accident on the opening day of his new bar & grill, he has found himself living as a meddler through the Multiverse. His bar exists in every universe. Over time, he's grown alone from the passing of his wife and child, who died in a single horrific event. 

He still presses on, though, helping out anyone in need from his multiversal bar. He's found himself great power and the responsibility that goes with it. He uses it to fight against the forces of destruction, trying his best to prevent further life from being lost.
