Julie, daughter of Ulti, grew up with only her mother in in the cyberpunk world of Dimension 214-CPJ. Through her genetic relation to her father, she was an engineering genius, a powerful electromancer, and an avid gamer. At 19, she tracked down her father's Multiversal bar, angry at him for not being there for her childhood and for not staying with her mother. However, when she realized that Ulti had no idea he'd gotten her mother pregnant when he was with her, and that the people of the bar were pretty cool, she decided to stick around.

Over the course of the next seven years, she got married, had a kid, and took over the family business of meddling in the affairs of other universes. Through this, she has gained new power. She's been injected with programmable nanobots, gotten bound to a dragon, and gained the power of a dragoon.
